Panel: De-borderizing digital creativity : Cross-pollination between business, research, and artistic practice
Digital creativity is ubiquitous. It traverses a wide-range of business sectors, research fields, and cultural practices. This panel draws together an interdisciplinary group of professionals to highlight existing linkages and draw future opportunities for collaboration and cross-pollination between these often distinct areas of digital creative practice. Moderated by Paul Boyland of Panasonic Connect, panelists Tessa Nijdam, co-director of London-based studio SCILICET, Jenny Thibault, General and Artistic Director of the Society for Arts and Technology, and Melissa Weigel, Creative Director of Moment Factory, will exchange their various perspectives on digital creation in business, research, and artistic practice to give insights into the current state of digital creation and potentials and directions for future development.
This panel discussion is hosted with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Japan.
